The Red Ribbon Logo

The Librarian Speaks Tell Me More About ...

I have written and rewritten this post a few dozen times. I’ve been working on it for days, and erasing tens of thousands of words. I simply can not find the words to convey the deep pain and sorrow that our elders carry with them and feel at all times.

So instead I will offer this –

We remember, beloved friends.

You are not forgotten.

Your death is mourned even now.

Your suffering as a survivor is not ignored.

You are loved and wanted and needed.

And to that end, CJLC humbly offers this special collection graphic – the Red Ribbon Logo – in remembrance of those who died, in support of those who survive, with love for those who took up the cause.
